Individual Policy: Once the group cancellation date has passed, individuals may cancel up until 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. If individuals wish to depart prior to the scheduled departure date, they may do so without penalty, but must check-out by 11 AM.
