Group Policy: If the group chooses to cancel their entire booking, the group cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of $75.00 plus tax per room booked.

Individual Policy: A guest may cancel their reservation for no charge until 6:00 PM 24 hours prior to arrival. If the guest must cancel, after this deadline, the hotel will assess a fee of one night room and tax.
No Minimum Night Stay Required
Once checked in, if a guest wishes to depart early, the fee will be $50 and the guest must check out of the hotel by 11am. Past this time, the fee will be $50 plus an additional $20 per hour until 2pm at which time it will be equal to a full nights rate plus tax.
If an individual does not check in on their scheduled date of arrival they will be charged 1 night's room and tax, and the remainder of their reservation will be cancelled.
Please note that the hotel will do their best to accommodate all requests, but nothing can be guaranteed. PLEASE NOTE: Due to room type layout, teams will not be on the same floor.
