Q: Is it really a free service?
A: Yes, it's free!  We do all the work for you.  No long distance charges.  No hidden charges.  No surprises!
   
Q: What hotel chains do you deal with?
A: All of them!  ASA is committed to finding the best value for you, regardless of chain affiliation.
   
Q:  How far in advance (before our team's playing season begins) can I send you our team's information?
A: We encourage you to submit your team's request as soon as the information becomes available to you.  Prime tournament accommodations are often sold out well in advance.
   
Q: Can I book reservations for multiple tournaments at one time?
A:  Of course, just click here and fill out your information.  ASA does the rest.
   
Q: How do I make changes, if necessary, after I have sent you the original information?
A: You have several options to contact us.  Just click here to visit our "Contact Us" page.
   
Q: Do I pay ASA directly for our team's accommodations?
A: No.  You pay the agreed upon rate directly to the hotel at the time of your stay.
   
Q: Do I have to submit credit card information? 
A: Not until you plan to reserve accommodation.  Once you are ready to book, ASA supplies the hotel with all your team's information, including your credit card numbers (normally by fax or secure internet transmission, according to the hotel's requirements).
   
Q: Is it safe to submit my credit card information online?
A: All ASA internet transmissions of credit card information utilize the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure when sending sensitive data.  We do not typically ask clients to transmit contact information securely (address, phone etc.), however, credit card numbers on our booking form are sent to us securely and retrieved securely.
