 We want to know how your team did so that we can publish your results on our TEAM RESULTS web page. Let us promote your team! We also want to know how the hotel did so that we can pass on your feedback to them.Each family receives a confirmation including cancellation and team policies. As well, they will receive driving directions from home to the hotel, and to the arena with the points of interest included (Tim’s, The Beer Store and others)!Each manager will receive a complete rooming list and confirmation details including cancellation and team policies.Approximately 14 days prior to the tournament we will send to you the complete package.We will require from you the team rooming information approximately 45 days prior to departure. We need the names of the families, their addresses, special requests and credit card information.You choose which hotel you would like us to book. We will send to you a confirmation that it has been done!We will respond to your request by whatever communication method you prefer. We will send you a quote with the hotel rates, availability and amenities.You can email, fax, or phone us with your travel needs. We want to do the work for you! Let us make your volunteer position as hassle free as possible!
