LEVELS OF PLAY AND TOURNAMENT FEE SCHEDULE

Levels of Play are as Follows:
Provincial AA - U16( Junior) & U19 (Belle) (20 min. periods) - (Four game guarantee) $725.00
Provincial AA - U14 (Tween) - (Four game guarantee) $650.00
Provincial A - U14 (Tween), U16 (Junior),  U19 (Belle) & 18+ (Open) - (Four game guarantee) $650.00
Provincial Petite - (Four game guarantee) $650.00
Regional B- U10 (Novice) and 18+ (Open B) - (Three game guarantee)$500.00
Regional C- U10 (Novice), U12 (Petite), U14 (Tween) and 18+ (Open C)- (Three game guarantee)$500.00
U8 (Bunnyfest)- (Three games- Saturday and Sunday Only)$400

REGISTRATION

Teams will not be considered for acceptance until all information on the on-line registration is complete including team roster and bench staff information. Cheques for tournament fees must be received in order to be confirmed in the 33rd Annual Invitational Winterfest Tournament. Cheques are to be made payable to the Waterloo Ringette Association. No refund after Friday December 4th, 2009. (Can be postdated to Dec. 4th, 2009.)

Send TRF and Cheque, c/o Mary Lynn Peicheff, 189 Dartmoor Cres. Waterloo, ON. N2K 3S8. Teams will be notified of acceptance by December 4, 2009.

RULES

Ringette Canada and O.R.A. Sanctioned Tournament Rules will be enforced. One exception is that there will be no overtime during round robin play.

Complete rules will be made available with the tournament package.

The Junior AA and Belle AA will play two 20-minute periods and the shot clock will be used in all divisions above novice. Games may begin at 8:00 am on Friday January 15th, 2010. We will try and schedule local teams for these early Friday games. Please be prepared to play when scheduled.
